Is Nirvis ActiveX code VBasic?

I'm still having trouble with Delphi and ActiveX events.

I just found this..."Borland C++ Builder and Delphi do not support ActiveX controls developed using Visual Basic."

But I assume the ActiveX control is developed with C++ ???. Can anyone confirm?

But to make matters worse, one of the download files on the Slink-e web site is written in Delphi...so it must be me.
