sound card with digital output - which to buy?

First of all, I LOVE CDJ/Slinke!

Because CDJ handles MP3 so well, I'd like to explore using my PC to feed digital data to my Denon AVR-5700. I can use analog outputs (don't really want to), or digital outputs (Toslink or Coax).

Ok friends - what sound card should I purchase?

I have a Compaq 5150, 330 Mhz, 128Mb memory. Pretty good PC (for 2 years ago).
