Colby, It happens to me in both (random and manually chosen). Would the log help out?

Also of much lesser importance, I would love to see the ability to play a song without adding it to the playlist put back. I often will listen to the first few seconds of a song before committing it to my playlist.

Another nicety would be the ability to sort my playlist. I often will construct a huge playlist with the intention of shuffling it later but find it difficult to ensure I don't add a song twice. If I could sort it it would be pretty easy to see (I actually leave import the playlist into Access now to do this)
