It's just not something which is easily explained as different types of remotes encode their data differently. If you send me a IRTXONLY version of the file, I can convert it for you. Then you can look at the parameters I come up with and it will probably make some sense to you. Or you could look at some of the existing files (e.g. Sony) to see if they make sense to you. Basically, you look at the raw waveform data, figure out how it is being coded, identify what pattern makes up a one, what makes up a zero, start, stop, pause, etc.
