CDJ and Home Network

I'm sure this has been discussed before but here goes.

I currently have CDJ and Slinke installed on a Windows 98 machine which I intend to connect to a Windows 2000 Server based network. I would like to be able to control CDJ from the server or another Windows 2000 client which are located in different parts of the house. Is anybody doing this and/or is this even possible? Do I need additional code or can this be done with the basic CDJ/Slinke code?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
