[slinkelist] Error in PartyGUI w/tab control

Sorry a dependency crept in from my beta @ home with
the added tabbed control.  A fixed version with some
significant performance enhancement is on the way. 
Code and test is all done (worked in the car on the
way to Easter)  I will upload tonight and follow up
with a post here.
