[slinkelist] Sony STR-G3 remote alternative

I'm interested in hearing from users of the Sony STR-G3 "VisionTouch" 
receiver with the crazy "egg" RF remote (or other similar models that won't 
receive IR commands). I'm working on a dedicated replacement to the remote 
to allow it to work with any IR remote.

If you have one of these receivers and are interested please let me know. 
I'd like to know if anyone has used slink-e to send commands to it via the 
controlA connection.
