Charlie Payne from Pacific Neo-Tek (charlie@pacificneotek.com) has sent me a description of the database format of OmniRemote and I was able to translate a code from an SLink device file to this format. This didn't solve the problem until I noticed that I can reduce the sample rate of SLink-E down to 100us.
Now it transmitted even some of the trained IR-Codes and where this doesn't work, I can now enter the exact code into the OmniRemote database. This is a very tedious process and cries for some automation (perhaps next holidays :-)
