Adding a PC in your Home Theater

I'm thinking of adding a PC to my home theater. I've always thought surfing the net from my couch might be handy, although I know text doesn't look great on a TV screen.

Using CDJ to control a couple megachangers might actually tip the scales in favor of adding the PC. So, after all this explanation my question:

How many of you are using a PC connected to the TV to run CDJ?
Or if you connect it to a PC in another room, does this work well?
Any other comments along these lines? A good TV/Video card, etc?
