I have a similar setup.  Come to think of it, I could use a solution to =
this
problem!

The MidiMan MultiMixer 10 handles 10 channels (i.e. 5 pairs) of inputs.  =
I
believe (not 100% certain) the breakdown is ... 2 1/4" & 4 RCA inputs =
jacks,
which have Pan & Volume controls;  the 1/4" jacks can be set individually=
 as
Line or Mic.  It has 2 RCA jacks & 1 stereo miniplug jack with unity gain=
 & no
pan.  It can be purchased for under $100 at places like Guitar Center.
