I just had the problem happen again today.
I've had my IrHelper program running for about 24 hours and the problem occured. I register 5 devices at startup (and unregister at shutdown). The PC is a W95 machine and auto starts the IrHelper app. There has not been any starting/stopping of the app. I thought I recalled this happening with CDJ also. When I get a chance, I will run CDJ non-stop on this machine to test it.
