Printed CD index (suggestions needed)

I'd like to put togther a simple index of all the CDs in my local CDJ/CDDB database listing title, artist, player location (if loaded) and keywords.

Not being a programmer, I'm stuck on how to get this information out of CDJ and into Word, Excel or Access so that I can sort/manipulate it.

Anyone have any suggestions or has solved this problem already?
